1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ph987k Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph987k Platform. ph987k reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ph987k Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. ph987k strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph987k, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph987k Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one (1) account on the ph987k Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ph987k will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify ph987k immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

• Account information must be kept accurate and up to date at all times.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your ph987k account to any third party.
• ph987k reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure, subject to applicable regulations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph987k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal Fees: ph987k does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• KYC Verification: ph987k may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5 Gameplay Rules

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, ph987k's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining game outcomes.
• ph987k reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical error, software bug, or human error that results in an incorrect payout.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. ph987k is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph987k may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• ph987k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.

• Money laundering or using the ph987k Platform for any illegal financial activity.

• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph987k Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of ph987k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the ph987k Platform without prior written consent from ph987k.

9 Privacy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph987k, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11 Termination & Account Closure

ph987k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
